With 20 years of experience supervising film visual effects in Los Angeles, David brings a wealth of knowledge and creative vision to his architectural photography. During 2011 he was the Co-Visual Effects Supervisor of the team that won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects in “Life of Pi.” He relocated to Denver in 2012 and is available for assignments nationwide.
David draws upon his highly trained eyes to create precise architectural photographs with inviting compositions, emphasizing architectural details, perspectives and spacial flow. His style always prioritizes natural light and produces images that are able to evoke the feeling of a space. Being a true perfectionist, he is passionate about delivering the highest quality images and gives each one the attention it deserves in post production.
David's compelling images consistently help his clients win architectural and design awards year after year. He has been published in several national and international outlets including Dwell, Architectural Digest and the Wall Street Journal. His work on the Miller House and Garden will be featured in the upcoming book: "A Place of Wonder: The Indianapolis Museum of Art." He is also a regular contributor to many Colorado design magazines including Luxe, 5280 Home, Modern In Denver and Colorado Homes & Lifestyles.
